Culinary Food Supply (CFS) is owned and operated by Matthew Barrett, founder of Barretts Event Caterers (est. 2002), a highly regarded name in the UK’s premium events and hospitality sector.

Known for delivering exceptional, high-end wedding and event catering at some of the country’s most exclusive venues, Barretts has built a reputation for quality, precision and refined execution over more than two decades.

After an extensive search for a reliable external food production partner to support his own events business, Matthew established Culinary Food Supply Co to address a growing industry challenge — delivering consistent, high-quality food without the operational strain.

Built from real-world experience, CFS is created by chefs to support chefs, restaurants, pubs and caterers with flexible, scalable food solutions that maintain standards while improving efficiency.

Operating from a centralised production facility in Greater Manchester, Culinary Food Supply is dedicated to sourcing and delivering premium-quality food products and expertly prepared menu components to high-end venues and establishments. Every item is produced to exacting standards, ensuring consistency, reliability and exceptional quality.
